Engineering the Future Workforce: Why it Starts in our Schools

Hamilton County Schools’ Future Ready Students Director Dr. Olivia Bagby joins the ACEC Tennessee Southeast Chapter for lunch and a discussion on workforce development. Future Ready Students programs give students the opportunity to find their careers by choice, not by chance. Students participate in career and technical education programs, which provide students of all ages with hands-on, skills-based education that better prepares them for future education or entering the workforce.
