ACEC Tennessee Leadership Academy Programs
Formerly Leadership PE, Advancing Leaders equips experienced professionals to elevate their leadership skills through competency-based learning, peer collaboration, and real-world application. Participants strengthen the skills needed to lead teams, navigate complex challenges, and drive organizational success while building lasting relationships with leaders from ACEC Tennessee member firms, state agencies, and federal partners. This premier leadership development experience fosters a diverse network of professionals committed to advancing the engineering industry. This program is best suited for professionals with 7–20 years of industry experience. Competencies covered include:

Class members travel across Tennessee to experience sites of engineering significance while learning critical professional skills. The 2027 schedule is as follows:

- Session Two (Knoxville) | February 25-26, 2027
- Session Three (Memphis) | April 1-2, 2027

- Session Five (Nashville) | May 20-21, 2027 (Graduation)
