ACEC Tennessee’s Leadership PE is a competency-based leadership program focused on senior, mid-level, and emerging high potential leaders in both the private and public sectors. Program participants will gain leadership skills while networking with members from other ACEC Tennessee member firms, federal government, and state agencies. Competencies covered include:

Class members travel across Tennessee to experience sites of engineering significance while learning critical professional skills. The 2026 schedule is as follows:

- Session Two (Knoxville) | February 26-27, 2026
- Session Three (Memphis) | March 26-27, 2026
- Session Four (Chattanooga) | April 23-24, 2026
- Session Five (Nashville) | May 28-29, 2026 (Graduation)
