Mark Askew (Askew Hargraves Harcourt) was not present to accept his citation for dedication and service to  ACEC as an officer and National Director; Also, not present to accept her award was Susan Thrasher (Parsons Brinckerhoff) which was given for her dedication and service
to ACEC as an officer and Treasurer as well.
